The second meeting of the WMC 2008-2010 global executive will be held at Muscot Hotel, Thiruvananthapuram on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at 5:00 PM. This is an official notice for a regular meeting to all 2008-2010 global executive council members. The global officials, the regional chairpersons, presidents, secretaries and treasurers, the provincial presidents (chairperson or secretary can attend in place of president with authorization) and women's forum president and secretary are the members. If you are unable to attend, please send your request to grant excuse to the chairman before January 1, 2009 at somanwmc@gmail.com or Gen. Secretary at kakkanatt@earthlink.net . WMC members will be allowed to attend as observers.
